A lady working on September 5, 2020 at 10 am is not suitable for working with people! I came over to drop off a package from Vinted today. The lady told me that she could not send it because she had no reader. Of course it is understandable, but I nevertheless jokingly said "damn it" because in many outlets it is impossible to send packages from Vinted. I thanked for the help and said goodbye, unfortunately the Lady was upset that I dared to interrupt her gossip with her friend, because she said goodbye to me with the words "I'm sorry, I WILL NOT CHALLENGE this reader", in the coldest and most sulky tone I have heard in my life. The lady should sort the lists rather than work in customer service
