The store got worse, I bought shoes and after a month the heel came off, I gave the complaint they did not even repair the footwear because they did not accept the complaint and the shoes are not even suitable for the "field" ... tragedy, I will not buy anything there anymore ... . I bought shoes for my child (by the way Sprandi), my son, after an hour of walking, had his feet squeezed so tightly on the sides, as if he were going all day. I wanted to exchange for another, or even not even return money ..... what was my surprise when the old lady first said that I can not give away because they are used, and later with a stupid expression on the face proposed me that shoes should be quoted "rozchodzić the carpet in home after use "After this statement, on the one hand I wanted to laugh and on the other hand, I had 500 pressure. Approach to the customer something to sell, to get sales bonuses, and let the rest of what they want.
