A large selection and helpful service, but only until the goods are sold. When it comes to exchange, and even more so when it comes to the complaint, the customer is treated as an intruder, sent from the saleswoman to the manager and finally to the boss (who, knowing about the person demanding the conversation and accepting the complaint by the store, left without a word through the back door). On the leather shoes (leather !!!) I advertised, bought some time ago, the owner said that it is a natural skin tearing from the shoe. Wearing shoes one time for the ceremony lasting 2 hours (leather losing its properties after 2 hours ...) Poor quality of goods and even worse service. I advise against everyone.

Zero customer interest ... Answering the question ... I was with my son at the end of September to buy a suit ... we were served by a young girl who could not choose a suit ... the other 3 ladies were standing by the counter and they didn't care that they preferred to gossip ... several times I asked loudly if someone would help us but the ladies were too busy with each other ... This approach to the customer is unacceptable ... it was enough to change the store and within 30 minutes the suit was bought ...
