I believe that the opening hours of the facility are not adjusted to the clients' capabilities. The post office serves a large region and some people have a distance to it, for example 10 km and to collect the parcel that the postman brings to me in the hours when I work I have to try very hard to get to Sośnicowice before 16. As a result, I receive mail with at least a week's delay and unnecessary nerves.

Parcels not delivered on time, the listonor forgets parcels to be served. It is better to pay extra and order a courier
