Unfortunately, the level of customer service is at zero. Order placed with a 7-day lead time, when calling the company, it turns out that no one from the service had time to call and inform that the order will arrive practically a week later. There would be nothing wrong with that if it were not for the fact that orders are transported between 6-23, so if someone deliberately booked time for the possible pickup of the order without difficulties - there is no chance of implementation. They inform about the shipment the day before, so it is not even possible to plan a day off at work. The company does not show any remorse or flexibility (I have given the exact intervals when I can pick up the parcel in this case - it does not matter to them). Edit: the product has arrived, the quality is ok, only the two holes that are supposed to serve as the positioning of the blocking elements of the plate after folding the table are too far apart and you had to drill new ones to close. It's a pity because the others have already been left, despite the fact that they are from the bottom, but they are. Contrary to customer service .. transport at a high level.

Tragic customer service. I ordered a chest of drawers and two bedside tables, only the chest of drawers was brought to me and I had to wait a long time for the cabinets. Not to mention that if I hadn't called and asked for them, they probably wouldn't have been sent by now. Employees blame themselves for oversight. I also ordered a chest of drawers, because unfortunately I damaged it while assembling it. It was ordered with a 10-day lead time, today is exactly the 21st day from placing the order, and the countertop is not there. I called myself 5 times to remind myself, 6 days ago the boss himself talked to me and promised that on Monday it would be sent because someone from the employees had ordered the wrong length of the table top. Looking at the previous comments, I will probably get an answer in which the company will deny everything. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone !!

I bought a white bed with crystals, it is super made and in fact very nice. Fast shipping, I recommend Lukmebel.
