I advise against this producer. I ordered furniture on December 15, it has not yet arrived today. I have called the helpline several times. They totally blow people. Once you tell me that the order will be delivered before Christmas, then that before New Year's Day, and now that on January 4, then the delivery is scheduled. Nobody called to come. So I call the manufacturer on January 4, it turns out that the order is simply lost. Even the logistics specialist did not plan the route, and earlier the lady guaranteed that there would be a delivery on January 4. I ask how ???? It is not known when he will arrive now. MASACRA !!!! They don't control all of this. The hands drop. It's a pity for words. When the wall unit arrives, maybe in a month, I check each package for damage before I fold it, and let me find a beaten corner, I report immediately, in the end, they transport it with their transport so they guarantee quality. So much time do they or take them somewhere through Romania ?? Simply not understood I am buying something for the last time and I ADVISE everyone to my friends and all of you!

The order has not been processed for a month, although the time specified on the website is 10 working days. The customer service was terrible, after waiting 25 minutes on the hotline, the lady said about the compensation for which I (!) Have to ask myself by e-mail, while the lady in the e-mail correspondence openly ignored my suggestion / request for compensation or discount. Besides, the worst thing for me is the fact that if I hadn't called myself and didn't ask NO ONE would inform me about the extension of the waiting time. In the exchange of e-mail correspondence, pasting (copy-paste) information that appeared in the previous e-mail, I assume that not only to me, but to a standard paragraph. Huge disappointment and great unknown if and when there will be an order because the version changed 5 times ...

The quality of the furniture is very poor, the customer service is even worse. I ordered a Figo wardrobe and a chest of drawers from the same series. The wardrobe, after opening the packages, had numerous damages, some of them were plainly putty - as if the factory did not have a quality control department. My attempts to advertise the product have failed because the wardrobe has been assembled and the complaint department quotes "recognizes that the customer who assembled the damaged wardrobe accepts its defects" and offered me a white marker to cover the chips - can you imagine?

Furniture for son's room ordered on October 31, delivery time according to the seller 10-14 days. To date, the order has not been completed. We call once a week to find out when the furniture will arrive, the ladies from the hotline every week say that the furniture is prepared, even reserved for us, only the logistics specialist must determine the route. (he's been thinking for over a month now so I don't think he's the right person for this position). After asking the decision-making person to the phone, one lady transferred the conversation to the other ... after asking if I had pleasure with the manager, the lady replied that she just works there ...... I also ordered furniture for the spring - let's say it was ok. that the driver did not want to go to the house because there were remnants of snow. Now the order was also made with delivery in mind - at least it will come to the house. And here it is about to snow and there will be a problem again. we are waiting, we still do not give up the order ..... greetings from Bieszczady.

I strongly advise against shopping. I ordered the wardrobe on 8/11, so far it has not arrived, despite the fact that the website says that they ship this product within five days. On the hotline I found out that they do not have fronts to it (why then has the availability not changed anywhere?). I called the helpline every week and every time I got a reply that the wardrobe would be shipped and arrive early next week. So far it is not there. Fraud. If he doesn't come by Monday, the case is reported to uokik. The furniture is nice (at least as shown in the pictures, because unfortunately I can't say what the wardrobe looks like live) and cheap, but this is the only plus. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the bookcase I ordered earlier came battered. I recommend checking the package at the courier.
