Very friendly staff. Not everyone spoke English fluently but I got by easily, mostly because the staff is quite hospitable and friendly.

A tragedy! The commune is over and the employees are there for the client, not the other way around! Zero approach to the customer about the product, zero knowledge and ladies over 50 should undergo training in western union. Well, they have no idea about this service in their workplace!

A disaster!!!! There are so many people and only two are served by them! And seeing the opinions, the PKO.BP bank respects everything and does nothing about it !!!! I think it's time to change the bank! Because they are forgetting who is for whom !!!!

You can't get through, everyone is busy. After the initial connection, there is information that the service is waiting for a conversation, unfortunately, no one answers.
