MIRACLE! The lady on the internal number # 2 (press internal as soon as you reach the call, you don't have to listen to the recording) answered the phone and helped !!! : D This is the first of probably 8 branches that I "call" today and only HERE someone picked up! Thank you

A facility that has no right to exist, someone in a higher position should take care of these incompetent employees who are terribly rude to customers. No respect on their part. Badly communicated information by employees where people should move as little as possible these days.
