Don't expect nothing new. It's just and ordinary post communism like 90's style bowling but very cozy. You can feel very relaxed. Beer nice and cheap. Spent some nice time here

When I wanted to attach a bike to the stand that was in front of the club garden, I was shouted and told that I should not set stands. As a embarrassment for me because there was not a single bike or anything attached to the racks. I would understand if they really were needed or there was a piece of paper.
