At 4:53 PM I called 61 872 90 62 and was picked up by a nice lady, I asked to talk to the service advisor and you connected me ... But no one answered and the conversation came back to this nice lady. I heard if I can leave my phone number and the advisor will call you back. I made sure that he would definitely call back and that it would be today. YES will definitely call you back and surely today. Nobody called me ... It's already after 7:00 PM. But I dialed the number of V-motors in Lubin at 5:57 pm and talked to an advisor - service technician. Ps. One service ... a huge difference. Best regards.

I strongly recommend, especially Mr. Oscar (Volvo Selekt cars). Very professional service, fast leasing process, almost 24h availability of the seller / consultant! 10/10

The website is an absolute failure. I made an appointment for the first inspection almost 2 months in advance. (by phone). No confirmation, no reminder, nothing. I arrived in Malta by car ahead of schedule. What did I learn that ... "Hello hello, but you had an appointment in Baranów. Actually, a strange thing happened, because someone canceled your service". Of course, no one was able to say how the site was canceled. In Malta, I was dismissed with a receipt and told to come to Baranów in about 2 hours. (I just wanted to spend the whole day running on sites, thank you!) In Baranów, I was greeted by an indignant Lord who said that I was supposed to call me and let me know that I would be there. To cool down the atmosphere, he offered to take the car and update the map for free (shock!). Well, you could say that the end is happy, because the car was inspected. But! obviously on that day it was impossible to update the car's system (main system off). So anyway, the car was waiting for another visit to the workshop. Fortunately, it's in Gdańsk. I understand that system failures happen and it just didn't work. But it seemed to me that the car at the Volvo service will be at least washed after the first inspection. You can see for PLN 1,200 (the cost of the inspection), you can drink coffee on the website (even in two! Because you do not know where they will take you), talk to a gracious service technician, and additionally they will replace your oil and two filters. It's a waste of water for washing.

An attempt to purchase a Volvo V40 remotely from the Volvo Selekt pool during open days ended with a silence on the part of the seller. The slowness in receiving answers to questions (a case from the middle of the month, I am waiting for an insurance offer to this day), no details regarding the technical condition of the vehicle. One photo of the damage and the slogan in the style of the car is not visible again, because the car is dirty. A bit weak for the first contact with a premium brand (even a used model). It is known that it is better to sell one new XC90 than several V40s, but this approach does not do any good. The finale of the story? Buying a car in Audi (also remotely). Efficient service for a trader in every topic raised. The transaction was completed literally in a few hours. The only thing I can thank is for the opportunity to appreciate the competition's offer.

Purchase of a new Volvo XC60. After seeing the vehicle, a day later we made a transfer to the Volvo Karlik account. At the stage of thinking, after making the advance payment and while viewing the car, Ms Renata was polite and professional. Unfortunately, when we came to pick up the car, Ms Renata spoiled the whole good impression and pleasure from receiving a new luxury brand car. When the money is in the account, polishing and appearances turn out to be superfluous. We drove nearly 5 hours to pick up the car, which Ms Renata knew. The car was not ready for the set time. The collection took us over 2 hours. Due to our impatience, Mrs. Renata in a decidedly rude way informed us that our car is not the only car that is released today, at the same time claiming that she made an appointment with us at a different time, which was contradicted by correspondence with her. We felt as if we came to a market or car exchange, not to a Volvo showroom. This is our third showroom car of this brand and another in the family. Will there be another? Despite our sincere willingness to buy / replace our son's 4-year-old Volvo with another one from Volvo Karlik, our last message to Ms Renata remained unanswered. There is no place for us at this market anymore. If the quality of service currently reflects the brand's class, then Volvo is not the right choice.
