Applies to Volvo Karlik dealership - (Volvo Select): first and foremost, the verbal contract means NOTHING. It was only by calling the agreed date (with the seller) that I found out that the offer is no longer available. The car I had initially reserved (in words) was sold without any contact. To sum up: frivolous and disrespectful behavior of the salon staff.

Honda Authorized Service Center for a high level of service provision. Nice service and high personal culture. Extensive experience in performing maintenance and warranty services. The service team are experts who know their stuff and know what they are doing. Everything on the agreed date, and the activities themselves are performed very quickly and efficiently. Many thanks and appreciation to Honda Karlik Poznań and the Honda Service Director Karlik himself, Mr. Rafał, for a reliable approach to the subject and nice competent service.

In the motorcycle department, poor service, you want to buy a new motorcycle and the service has "respect" you ... moreover, they cannot answer simple specific questions, and if they give it, two people are wrong in their testimonies one question and different answers lack of professionalism and appropriate level in contact with the customer. No response to the e-mail or phone contact. I'll leave my money at another Honda dealer. I do not recommend that due to the poor quality of customer service.
