Beautiful lady working at the front counter.
Great help from the team that works there
I do not recommend this authorized vehicle inspection station. The gentleman in charge of the review did not deign to reply to the e-mail. A week passed and we drove to another station, where we had an overhaul of the Toyota we had bought in that showroom! I would like to mention that a year ago the inspection at the Toyota showroom lasted about 40 minutes. In addition to the review, the Lord dealt with other clients. Today I did a review in another point within 15 minutes !!!
The car is not worth the price I paid.
Less than a month from the purchase and two weeks after a positive test result - the battery of the hybrid system can be replaced.
Lexus has a number of faults that came out after purchase.
From rust to damaged suspension and painted interior (leather)
The salon takes no responsibility for anything.
I also advise buyers not to trust me, but check the car in another service.
According to the website;
“The battery indicates total damage to one block of cells, the remaining cells have cascading wear.
Proper repair of such a battery requires the replacement of all cells. "
