Details: - tragic technical condition of excessively worn-out cars, - they will issue an invoice, but only with an additional VAT, after which you will find out when you return the car, - if you report defects, you'll hear that it's just your opinion. History: I rented a passenger car for three days (Volkswagen Jetta - PLN 80 / day), when the car was released, the company employee indicated that it should only come back as clean inside as it is now. I understand that everyone has their own standards of cleanliness, but the car smelled like old dust, typical of a vacuumed and rather never washed upholstery, which was all stained anyway. After turning on the vents, you could also feel the same dust, only more intensely. Mileage - 450,000 km, but I thought it was a Volkswagen in diesel - there will be no problems. And indeed, there were no problems with the smelly sooty engine. However, the problem appeared after a long while. It turned out that the car at speeds above 80 km / h enters into strong vibrations, typical of worn-out steering rod ends and unbalanced wheels. Additionally, due to the unskillful connection of the GPS transmitter, it beeps every few minutes (like old telephones on an old radio) to the loudspeakers, which could not be turned down, despite the volume of the radio. Driving this vehicle is a proven form of torture. After driving 130 kilometers, both me and the passengers felt a headache, it was no different with the way back. I notified the landlord about these faults while I was still on the motorway right after renting the car and heard that I was "complaining" and that it was just my opinion. After the return, I called the boss and asked him to contact him after the inspection of the faults reported by me - I heard in response "I do not see the need for such contact, we will check the car and check and repair these faults is the only thing I can do for you" (sic!). The icing on the cake is the invoice that I asked for when I returned the car ... The employee said that I would get an invoice, but only if I paid VAT. "Janusze Biznesu", mental PRL, quality of services and service also from the PRL.

The previous assessment is not a mistake or any deliberate harm. I was a passenger of this Volkswagen Jetta, I confirm everything that is written in the previous review. I do not recommend.
