I contacted the company because I wanted to rent a car for a customer who came to the fair. The way you received the phone call is scary how you can talk in this way. The gentleman on the other side answered the phone, screams in the background, you can barely hear me, after a while saying that I turn my guitar back and not call ... Ok, there are other companies that are happy to rent a car. RIP. Dear Sir, I specifically asked about Mrs. Monika Turowska because I called on the recommendation of the person who used your services. Please make sure not to throw me that I wanted to talk to the decision maker. I guess you made a mistake because I certainly didn't use the term decision maker. I know exactly who I wanted to talk to. I do not intend to delete this opinion because I am able to challenge your words and do not think that I have defamed you and your company. Please just be less harsh.

I urgently needed a car a day and that's how my adventure with this rental began. If necessary, I call, book and the car waits at the agreed time. Deserved five stars :)
