not resposible at all, They will let you wait for more than one hour because the driver wake up too late and start lying and the hotline will try to cover the driver with further lies

This company is totally unprofessional. I dropped my car off at the airport and no one was there to receive the car. I received no phone call to advise there was any problem. As a result I had to leave the car in paid parking and had to take the key with me on my flight. The company did not hold a spare key in Poznan to pick up the car. I had to courier the key back to Poznan and was charged 500 zl for parking.

Terribly unorganized and unprofessional. I'm receiving invoices and charges for vehicles I never rented ( I rented a vehicle in January as part of a group and am receiving charges for different vehicles in March). The one vehicle I did rent had a flat tire within the first week. Express was 12 hours late to drop off a replacement.
