We received our Victoria table from Hoom a couple of weeks ago. It is an absolutely stunning piece of furniture. The craftsmanship, design, material, are minimalist and elegant, on the highest level of execution. We waited quite some time, additionally, there were some delays due to the weather but it was absolutely worth to wait. Ms. Kinga was always replying to my e-mails with all sufficient answers as fast as she could.
We asked for a slightly smaller table so the customization is possible.
I am pretty sure this table will last for years.
There was no problem with delivery to Amsterdam.
We have received our table 3 weeks ago and everyone who visits us just love it and, obviously, including us. Moreover, this brand is run by great people with a great attitude! Thier tables are worth every penny. I strongly recommend their service!
They are very communicative and determined to sell you a product but after you make the first payment they stop answering emails and the client is ignored. I am afraid that I have been scammed. If the situation changes for the better this review may change to positive. I am a current client and prefer to remain annonymous hence the name may not be in your database.
