The first and last purchase at a pastry shop. Every year, we bought cakes for our birthday in a large famous confectionery chain, this year the choice fell on the Sobczak cake shop. The cake is not tasty, but ordered for 16 portions was barely enough for 12 people and we were charged for 1.5 kg of cake, and when weighed at home it was barely 1.3 kg. Strawberry cream tasty but it was spread on barely 2/3 of the cake, a few cm from the edge of the cake, on sponge cakes instead of cream, white whipped cream. Generally, I appreciate honesty and not weighing the cake before its release and deleting it "by eye" makes me go back to the proven baking of a large network on "S".
