It pains to leave this opinion. The last time I ate in Suszowane was about 2 years ago. I remembered the delicious, wet, soft dough, the aftertaste of good ingredients and unique compositions. However, since I changed my place of residence, I became addicted to Wildet's Pleasure, occasionally baraboo and other "better" picks available on the Poznań market. Today, however, my wife and I tried Suszone. We ordered the prosciutto funghi and the salsiccie tartufo. Unfortunately, names are the most Italian aspect of the dining experience. Hard, dry, unpleasant to chew on. However, the biggest surprise was the ham. Don't make our mistake and believe that prosciutto in its name can mean prosciutto on a pizza. Nothing could be more wrong. Instead, the dough was probably Polish, cheap ham, with a smoky aftertaste. Considering the pizza for PLN 29, we treat the use of Polish raw, smoked ham as a misunderstanding. In Italy, we have had the opportunity to eat pizzas with Italian hams that are not prosciutto many times, but they did not resemble what they serve on dried pizzas. In addition, the whole without any special taste, on a hard, dry dough. Big disappointment. Salsiccia better, truffles saved the taste, but the whole thing was also quite dry. It was definitely not what the dried pizza used to be, with pear and prosciutto (then still real). The most pleasant memory of this order will be an exceptionally nice lady accepting it by phone. What remains is a great feeling of disgust mixed with disappointment. And I would like to point out that we do not consider ourselves to be crazy foodies with high expectations. Dried Crew - if you read the reviews, consider going back to the quality of ingredients and workmanship!

This pizza is some kind of poetry. It introduces a new level of quality, unattainable for many other restaurants. At the moment, top 3 in Poland from those I've tried. Probably walking the road to the level of Italian pizza. RECOMMEND. FAVORITE.
