Very Tight little parking lot but a nice alternative to other downtown areas.

PLN 5 per hour + this is not a guarded parking lot, but a regular one with a barrier, without a fence. The regulations state that it is not surrender, i.e. zero liability for any damage or theft of vehicles ... The same conditions of protection are offered by a standard municipal parking lot on the other side of the street, and it is much cheaper (PLN 3 / h).
