Parody, I called on last Sunday a patrol for a cosmonaut settlement about the beating of a woman. I asked for urgent arrival. During almost an hour and a half of waiting, I calmed down the injured person, overpowered the attacker and made 4 calls with a request for a summoned patrol. No one came and the matter ended so that I let the man out and warned that in the next situation I would simply take matters into my own hands. I understand that you have shortages of people, but maybe instead of such a passion to catch in the pedestrians' center on a red attitude to real care for security in the city.

I wonder who psychiatrically examines police officers and admits them to work. Ta / Ten examiner rather should not be given permission to perform such tests and adjudicate on the possibility of allowing people to work in such services, because the behavior of some current police officers do not fall within the norms known to psychiatry, described as free from disorders.
