There are three ladies in the post office counters, the queue outside is long, there's no end in sight, and only one of the ladies is serving it at a snail's pace. The other two are gossiping. No empathy for those freezing outside. Zero professionalism. Polish post office, Pod Lipami branch.

First class service, always nice smiling ladies. Reading the previous speakers, I am surprised that I come across comments that "terrible queues", I come to this facility literally every day and queues are rare in my case - maybe a matter of hours ...

Mail on the principle: we don't know anything, we can't do anything, we can't help, please wait. When asked to contact the sorting plant, I heard that this is not possible. Strange, because other post offices gave the numbers right away and helped 100% of their capabilities. Thanks to this, I found out that my package was lost. Unfortunately, the only thing that the post office ordered was to wait for this (lost) package. The postman, in turn, does not deliver the parcels, but the notices themselves, despite the fact that you have been home from the morning.

Queues terrible. Take care of the Queue Post Office. To encourage someone to redeem you so that it eventually starts functioning. And please, make the employees write more clearly.

Despite the friendly and efficient service, there are sometimes terrible queues here.
