Mail like mail - if I didn't have to use it, I would not go there ... the boy who works there is clearly paying for punishment, because there is no day and hour so that he would not have a problem with something! Sometimes he asks to learn how to do it keep to customers!

There is no exchange in the online information that the post office has a break from 5.30 pm to 6.00 pm I go to the Post Office and I have to wait until 6.00 pm because the lady has a break and the post office is open until 19. The information should be placed in the Information Net. No mention of any break. The service is not nice. you even don't want to go there. But I guess that's what this lady is about, at least they have little WORK

Customer service terrible. The woman who served me on 11/05/2020 at 16:30 it was rude, surly even insolent! I went to make a transfer and the saleswoman did not want me to accept a chipped (horn about 5mm fake) banknote, throwing it on the counter, saying that it is not a bank but a post office and they do not accept anything like that. As far as I know, as long as the banknote number is intact, even if the banknote was stuck, the tape must be accepted! But it is not about her misinformation, but about her behavior. Finally, as she accepted the note with the face of the cat after my outrage, she brazenly told me that I got on it! Asking for a conversation with the manager she said that she was not there, asking for her data to write a complaint she hid the GDPR !!! she gave me the manager's number, who was still wrong ... This is how people are not treated and certainly not the clients of any services.
