I recommend this great school to everyone who likes to spend a good time studying

Teachers who created the level of this university have long finished cooperation with this facility. The only distinction is that the high school propaganda, the blushing of pupils with insufficiently "progressive" views, the scolding and control of teachers who want to develop their program for points not approved by the management. The level of teaching languages and mathematics is deplorable, and Marcin's famous theater has long since lost its luster. As a former graduate, I sincerely discourage the choice of this high school for young, intelligent people, and recommend to consider the neighboring two, or even a niche high school in a smaller town - everything is better than the production tape self-confident conformists, and this is, unfortunately, I LO.

He wants to get there and I don't know if it's worth trying to get it?

During the Prussian partition, an intensive Germanization policy was pursued in Wielkopolska aimed at the assimilation of Polish residents. In order to achieve the assumed goals in the second half of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, a whole network of new educational facilities was built, from single-class elementary schools to multi-branch junior high schools, high schools and seminars. In Poznań, on the developing new Jeżyce housing estate, the edifice of the Augusta Victoria Junior High School (German: Königliches Auguste-Victoria-Gymnasium) was erected for the needs of the youth living there. The building was built in 1901-1903 according to a design developed by the architect Fust, commissioned by the Ministry of Public Works. A neo-Gothic school with a teaching area of 12,000 sq m, it housed a German junior high school until 1919. After Poland regained independence, the building at Bukowska Street was taken over by the Polish authorities, establishing in it the State Junior High School. Karol Marcinkowski. This institution, as the First High School and Junior High School, operates to this day. The high level of the popular "Marcinek" attracts next generations of young inhabitants of Poznań and Greater Poland to school.
