I ordered the shoes at 10 pm on Friday, they came already on Monday. I read a lot of opinions after purchase that the shoes are falling apart and the complaint is not taken into account, so my assessment may change in the future. For now, for the speed of delivery and product compliance "5".

ATTENTION!!!! shoes bought in these bevelled stores are not intended for walking, for example, on sidewalks, streets, etc. if your shoes get stuck on the sole, the vulcanization site means that it is the effect of shoes 'scraping' on the asphalt. Keep the shoes on the shelf and only inspect them after purchase. After all, this is not a material defect when, after 6 months of walking, the shoes are not worn, but simply stuck together in the front part of the shoe!

Tragedy. They do not accept the complaint. You can appeal endlessly. Waiting for more than 20 minutes for my shoes to be found, I could observe the store staff acting as if they just didn't want to. Clients answered everything with "I don't know" or they said something under their breaths. Zero involvement, they act as if they were there for punishment.
