Complete lack of professionalism! The upholstery was washed in the car. The results of the work are a devastated car: damaged radio display, broken sun visor hook, paint chip on the emblem, incorrectly inserted rear seat. Expense? PLN 500 + additional PLN 500 for damages. There remains a huge disgust and photographs of "how it was beautiful before destruction". The boss did not inform about the damage when picking up the car. Instead, they tried to glue the hook on their own with hot glue. My car is a regular Audi A3 from 2011. Consider whether it is even worth the risk of giving your car over to them. Avoid a wide berth. It's a pity on the nerves and having fun looking for new parts.
I've already used the "it's supposed to be fine" package several times and will continue to use it.

I am very pleased, the car is clean, fragrant, almost like new from the showroom, if not for traces of normal use on the paintwork 😁. I used the full upholstery and floor washing package. I will definitely use it again!
Very high quality. A 10-year-old car and after choosing the upholstery it looked like new
