I do not recommend Mrs. Katarzyna, who occasionally appears in the "window". She is very unkind, constantly offended by the world as if she was sitting at work as a punishment, and when you ask about the price of the package, she first says 16.90, and when payment comes (2 minutes later) she suddenly says 22.90 and already! This is very unfair, and you are freckled, rude and have a very negative impact on the reception of this facility by customers. The other ladies are very nice, smiling and kind, but when I get to Katarzyna, I know that it is better not to ask anything because it is a terrible problem for her and she really refuses to use the services of this point: /

Eggs when it comes to handling packages. I always have a problem with this point, instead of being with them, the parcel ends up somewhere in Rokietnica, and my street is maybe 100m from the post office. Parcels are going massacrely slowly, I am waiting 1.5 weeks for my parcel. Not once do I see the postman with my eyes, I always have to pick up the package from the point.

Very nice and competent service. Be nice to use the services of our Post Office in Kiekrz.

Compared to the previous headquarters, the premises are of a high standard and elegant. Serving ladies ... Depends on which one you hit. One is very nice, the other is just the opposite. Small parking lot in front of the entrance, bigger next door.
