On the terrace of this kindergarten, located a few meters above the ground, my 3-year-old child broke his arm in two places. However, none of the three adults who looked after a group of 21 children on the terrace that day - can not accurately describe in what circumstances it happened. Was my child pushed or hit? (Although my child claims to have jumped on his hand). It was officially established that none of the adults could see the incident (monitoring was not there). Really incomprehensible to me, as a parent, that on such a high terrace, where there are so many small children and after all, special precautions and safety must be ensured - it turns out that the child has a broken arm in two places, and three adult guardians did not see the moment events. The incorrect operation of Kindergarten staff after the event is shocking for me. Contrary to applicable education regulations, which require in particular immediate import of medical assistance to the injured child. There are no derogations from this obligation! However, no such help was called. As a result, a 3-year-old child with a broken handle in two places had to wait with the parent in terrible suffering and crying for 3 hours in hospital for admission. And the adults from Kindergarten explain that a 3-year-old child with a severe double trauma, leaning his head on his hands told them that "he hurts less less" and "no longer cried" ... Which is very amazing, because the child suddenly began to cry again in pain since it was taken by his parent.

A private kindergarten located on the first floor above the local Biedronka. No elevator. Catering. Playground at a nearby school, you have to cross the road. A large parking lot.

Our child has been going to this kindergarten since September 2017 (it is a lot said because it is sporadic in connection with constant illnesses - it seems like it is always like this at the beginning-may). However, we came across a strange moment and probably a group because: 1. The tutors are changed twice (it is now February 2018) 2. Children went to mid-January a walk to a tiny playground where they also enjoyed playing in the frozen sand (maybe for some parents it's normal, it scares me) 3. Information to parents about celebrations is available mainly on the bulletin board, also if a child is ill, they may miss them, e.g. a group photo or a ball, because, unfortunately, the parent finds out too late (we got it several times - maybe our fault ...) In addition, the downside is the need to go up (where the kindergarten is) to bounce the card when, for example, we pick up a child from the playground or walk. This is troublesome especially when, for example, we have a second child in a stroller and you need to go to the first floor elevator, which is very slow " walks "and can be stuck several times during the ride. Sometimes to bounce the card you need to spend 5-10min in the elevator or waiting for it to come ... The kindergarten classes are very interesting and develop different abilities. The service ladies (Aunts) are very nice and rather helpful in all matters. The Director is very specific and kind, she is very involved in what concerns the kindergarten activities. She tries to "reward "to parents weird changes that have just taken place in our group (tutors, guardians).
