The courier (Pocztex 48) did not even attempt delivery, zero contact from the courier, I only got an SMS that the package was waiting to be picked up at the post office. I do not order a courier to go 20 km one way to the post office. The service was more expensive than DHL etc. It was not my choice, unfortunately the sender.

Much depends on the time you arrive at the post office - sometimes empty, sometimes a long queue. The downside is that when I asked about the possibility of opening the second window during the pandemic and a large queue outside, the lady made a sour face and did not care too much about the queue. I do not mention the postmen themselves, because there are no words. Either lost parcels or damaged. That's why I don't use postal services anymore (only when I have no choice, e.g. letters from a bank ...).

I was able to pick up the parcel even quickly. There were no queues. I managed to get there and parked at the beginning of the street, closer to the post office, everything was jammed. It is sad that the facility-agency is not active again in Robakowo. Inhabitants of Robakowo and its vicinity again have to go to Kórnik to collect parcels. The absurd and nonsensical residents have nothing to do.
