On 02.01.21. I purchased a Samsung TV. When finalizing the transaction, it turned out that the remote control was not included, so a store employee brought it to me from the warehouse. Despite the assurances of this employee that everything would be fine, after connecting the device at home, it turned out that the remote control did not work. After talking with a Samsung employee, it turned out that a remote control from another model was completely incompatible with mine. After visiting the store again, the employee refused to accept the return, arguing that the equipment is already in use (I have no idea how, since, as I said, I cannot use the TV due to the remote control that does not match). However, I was assured that a remote control would be ordered and it would be available on 05.01, unfortunately there is no contact with the store so far, they do not answer calls or they brazenly hang up when my number is displayed. It is a scandal that when you buy equipment for a lot of money, you cannot fully use it.
A very well-equipped shop, often open until the evening hours (20). Professional advice always included in the price, I especially recommend Mr. Mateusz, he helped me match the perfect blender to my kitchen ...
Cheaters! They cheat on installment systems, insure insurance, costs and lie that there are no 4 x 0% installments, although there is such information on the website. Moreover, they do not inform about current promotions.
