I sent parcels through thieves' post and thieves lost letters many times !!!!!
MAINTENANCE of this unit calls for vengeance to heaven. Always dissatisfied, they cling to every detail. Coarse, even rude towards the client. I WILL NEVER go there again.
The slowest service under the sun. 20 minutes of waiting for the next 5 minutes to see if the letter will pass through the mailbox ... I recommend looking for another outlet if you are going to do something at the post office.

Queues ~ 17 minutes of waiting if you arrive at the post office around 15. A business customer must queue only to give the cashier a package after 17 minutes, look into her eyes and hear "that's all".
