Tragic service. The espedient lady who should be in the bookshop smokes a cigarette in front of the store and does not mind that the client, i.e. me, came in and waited for a long time. After a long time of standing, I left and the lady continued smoking the pipe without disturbing myself. There was such a situation twice and I will not come there again. I think the lady works there as a punishment.
