I had to use this workshop completely accidentally and now I regret it. Despite seemingly good intentions and a nice impression at the beginning, I encountered bungling, deception and theft there. I am a professional mechanic myself and I am able to precisely assess the effect of work. Bent sills, because someone did not know that the car needs to be supported only in places intended for this purpose, not behind a carcass, badly vented brake system which almost caused an accident, cables and hoses not put back in their place and not pinned into their holders thus exposed to damage or abrasion due to vibration, missing bolt of the fuel filter clamp, vibration of the steering wheel at a certain speed and strange movement of the gear knob when releasing the clutch, which was not the case before visiting this workshop. When I was preaching what I noticed, I was told that the car was old and had been dismantled before. Another thing is the payment, I was told the cost of the repair by phone, and when I picked up the car, it turned out that there was much more, and when asked what happened, I was told that I was given the amount without VAT. Without informing me about it, the oil in the gearbox was changed from the original one to the cheapest one, even though it was not necessary. Recently, I noticed that the slats under the license plates were also replaced with those with advertising from this workshop. Please imagine my disgust and nervousness when I discovered that I was carrying an advertisement for this party workshop on my car. I contacted and asked for my strips to be returned, and being aware that they probably landed in the rubbish and will not be there by then, I gave them where to get them. In response, I was scolded, sent to a lawyer, indeed I was even threatened with false witnesses who allegedly saw that my slats had been returned to me and that I was informed about everything. Maybe I'm the only client who has met something like this, but I think others should also know what happened to me there and how I was treated. I feel sorry for all those who do not know the subject and must believe everything they are told in the workshop, and are not aware of what unfair practices have been committed on them.

Had a problem with the car on vacation, they were given nice advice in German and the problem was quickly resolved for a fair price. Great service.

Professional staff, all very helpful, cure the impossible, do wonders right away. I highly recommend.
