The park in its present shape was established after the end of World War II. Before that, there was a cemetery for the Germans planned by the invader and a green area, and before the war there were private lands and several windmills (including one brick windmill from the beginning of the 20th century). In this park there is also a tennis court, a dance square with a brick stage and an observation deck, from which you can not see much due to the thickets on the slope. Once upon a time there was also a TV broadcast station here. Generally, the facility is forgotten and much neglected, maybe not only because of the lack of funds, but also because no city events are organized here anymore. Currently, it is slightly enhanced by a skate park built on its premises and a small outdoor gym.

A charming place with a beautiful panoramic Włocławski reservoir, the park itself is a bit neglected
