Carefully with the purchase of used cars in "great condition, no contribution" and on Warranty !!! Srawa in a nutshell looks like this. I bought a used car, it fell on Toyota Rav4. Bought for cash, very good technical condition !!! (described in the announcement on otomoto, and on the site salonsamochodowuązanych.pl, additionally stating that "only certain cars are sold, checked by qualified mechanics") Now a big problem because, these great mechanics have not noticed many serious faults, among others, leaks from the vaku pump, leaking valve cover, inefficient fuel pump, probably a damaged turbine, most of which were immediately visible after removing the air filter and its housing. (After 4 days of purchase !!! I gave the car to check privately because they didn't have time in the salon --- "did you buy it yourself?") After repeated contact (5-7 days, several kilos per day) with the salon service, I received the message that I have to deliver a damaged car to the salon, but fortunately "there is the consent of the management to repair the car and remove all such serious defects" of course, under warranty . The car went to the workshop (cooperating - "BMW") and there the mechanics were surprised by the "great condition of the car" (the seller also because he stated that the mechanics of the salon signed a checklist on which literally nothing was mentioned) After 2 days of "checking", it turns out that the repair would be about 800-1000 zl (sealants etc.) aleeee .... but to remove the cover, you need to remove the Injection. And now the stairs are starting, because they are afraid that the injections are probably also damaged (costs), so suddenly the decision to refuse and information that the bosses now refuse to repair the vehicle "because they do not have to" and the lawyer told them so. In this case, I sent to you a confirmed WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT together with the refund of the purchase price of the vehicle immediately - to this day, while returning ownership to the Salon (seller). I will mention that the car was left in the salon, at the salon employee / advisor / seller. I have been waiting 5 hours for kindly contact as soon as possible and ... still silence. It is literally asked that the entire course of this "action" like sms / mail / recording of telephone conversations be made available as a warning to potential customers ... Preferably on the official website. A lousy approach (time mattered when it came to paying for the car), changing repair decisions when one sees a costly problem with a seriously damaged vehicle he has sold (warranty implied !!!) I will keep you updated on developments. Currently at 16:50 (18/05/2020) I reached it after 2 hours from sending the Withdrawal from the contract to the salon: "Hello, I saw that you are calling but I had customers" - (So I'm not a customer anymore) When asked what the situation looks like and when some decision-maker will finally contact me, or when I receive any information, I received the answer that "I do not know if you can see but it is 5pm, I sent the letter to the lawyer, but not when you receive it. information what to do next, because I do not control anyone's working time and certainly, IN COMPLIANCE WITH POLISH LAW, such a matter is not dealt with in a few hours " Currently the car is in the possession of the Salon !!!! And I have neither car nor money! 18:10 (18.05.2020) information from the seller from the salon copied from the Internet art. Legal Art. 568 § 2 of the Civil Code. Art. 558. [Modifications of liability] And Dear Sir, in connection with your position regarding the condition of the car, we would like to inform you that the technical condition of the car is adequate to its mileage. At the same time, we deny that your claims about hidden flaws are true. In this situation, please collect the car and inform you that if you do not receive it within 1 day of the date of this letter, we will be forced to charge a car storage cost of PLN 60 per day Paweł W.
