Jak zwykle sprawna, szybka i profesjonalna obsługa. Ktoś mógłby powiedzieć że marka zobowiązuje ale przecież jasne jest że tak naprawdę taki efekt uzyskuje się poprzez ludzi i ich indywidualne podejście do spraw i klienta. Tego podejścia nie da się sprawdzić i monitorować w każdej minucie. Jak dla mnie zespół na 5+.

Very unpleasant service, the gentleman from the service department asked us to leave the showroom ... Due to attention .. Lack of a mask, so you miss an opportunity to sell two cars or rent a long-term one, we couldn't decide, but we didn't get there, masters of business. ..when entering, the lady warned us that someone might be sick inside, so be careful .... WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LIVING ROOM

I do not recommend visiting the Audi Szczecin service. I recently gave an Audi (under warranty) with suspected engine malfunction. At idle speed you can hear uneven work and clatter from under the hood. Before, I had returned the same car once with the same fault and it was removed. Unfortunately, the problem has returned. I put the car down at 10:00 and was informed that it should be ready at 1:00 PM. I called several times and nobody answered the phone. They did not respond until the evening hours. I went to the garage at 5 p.m., it turned out that the car was standing on the square, which no one bothered to inform me about. I was told that they were waiting for the engine to cool down. (From 10:00 am!) I was also informed that the car was fine and nothing was done. The gentleman who released the car listened to me when the engine was running and decided that it was working in an acceptable standard. (Previously, the exact same sound was eliminated by replacing the roller). It remains to look for another service with a normal approach to the customer.

I was replacing a pneumothorax audi a6 c7. Contact with the service advisor great, very fine guy. The repair was done very well. By the way, a small, different fault with the coolant hose they detected. Prices, I think, normal for an Audi Dealership. I highly recommend it. A small minus for adding a little too little coolant after replacing because in the morning it was below the minimum but not much below so it did not affect my good opinion about this service, so I recommend it🙂
