Contacting the service by phone is a catastrophe, having had a problem with the car for 3 days, I tried several times to contact the service or a competent person who could provide me with information about the date and cost of the repair. I was hanging on the phone and then you picked up the phone and said you had to talk to your friends but they were busy. The other is not at the desk. He was supposed to call back, then I tried again and I didn't get through again. I was not able to come to the service personally, so it should be possible to get information by phone. Dobra prezentacja szerokiej oferty aut. Auta robią wrażenie, ale niestety są drogie, również auta używane. Jak by chciało się kupić jakiegoś SUV-a używanego za kwotę ok. 80-90 tys., to nie ma szans.
Mr. Adam from the VW service department. Defeat. A gentleman not prepared to work on customer service. No basic knowledge, no communication. Before the next visit, think carefully about whether or not to choose a different VW service, even at the expense of a trip to another city.
