You have to make an appointment, of course, even the biggest linger will understand. I tried to do it online on the same day but even after a week with no response. Personally, when I was, the Lord asked if he had an appointment, received an answer and waved the next one to come up. Massówa.

Diagnostics are ok, customer approach is poor, the Lord is not overly nice, e.g. to say unnecessary comments not related to the technical condition of the car.
