I sincerely and highly recommend designing the bathroom at Mrs. Anna Banachewicz :) Everything went nice, professional and efficient. Mrs. Ania devoted a lot of time and attention to us. The contact was very easy and quick. We have a great bathroom designed and materials bought in Komfort - with hints from Mrs. Ani also at nice prices!

Sorrow Store. Employees are either at odds with each other or simply don't speak to each other. Shop like a shop but this outfit is unique.

Store service - failure! On the website, it is not possible to buy a carpet with a hem or quantities in incomplete meters. I went to the store twice (each time lost about 20 minutes at the checkout) to order and buy a carpet with a trim. I paid and waited for 3 days. On the pick-up day, being in the store (again waiting for someone to come up and get interested in the customer), I learn that the carpet is but not sewn! They kindly informed me that they would deliver at their own expense, but I have to bring myself to the 3rd floor because the driver will be alone. So the husband who took the pass from work to pick up the carpet says that the wife will also be alone and will not be able to bring it. The salesman shrugged his shoulders that it was not his plot that I had to agree with the driver myself whether he would bring it or not. In the past, Komfort was a good company when the network was not so extensive. But the good times are over and you can see from the staff that no one trains them to treat customers politely. Last time I bought anything from them!
