All in all it is not bad but it takes longer than usual, it is because of the senior staff working there, probably the younger would embrace the topic faster, but it can be, better than housing co-operatives, e.g. the DOM in Szczecin.

For over a year now I can not get myself a problem with squeaking pipes during the heating season !!! (despite several of my interventions). I can not sleep, I can not function normally in life. The noise can be endured, but who can lift squeaks? And they "do not know what to do". Either the letter above, or moving, because something else ...

Employees employed in the company "DOM" are kind, courteous and each time they show a lot of empathy and understanding for the needs and problems of residents of housing communities. From my experience, and with great certainty, I can say that friendly and professional service is a priority for employees. Seeing the entry of Mr. Jacek Karpol-Nawrocki, sic! .. (our community PAYS hard-earned money for us. For + 8000 PLN a year for your "service" I would expect). I have the impression that these are unhealthy private hallucinations. Mr. Jacek thinks that only He earns a living well. Mr. Jack, it would be nice to "turn on" thinking for a while, and not just write out the perverted opinions, far from the truth.
