There is probably no worse developer. I've had a flooded flat for half a year. Fungus on the wall, humidity 68%. Apart from a one-time attempt to seal the gutters with silicone, they did nothing. But as the site manager put it, "the problem is monitored on an ongoing basis, the cause is still not fully established ...". If someone is unable to correct their mistake for six months, they cannot be a good proof of it.

I do not recommend buying an apartment from this developer. Let's start with the fact that the apartment was first flooded for several months by an unsecured balcony, then it additionally flooded from the chimney because it was poorly treated. Men took 3! months embracing what is wrong. Now we have a flooded apartment in two corners but it is not known where the leak is from, so we live with a mushroom on the wall in a newly renovated apartment. Flooding on the one hand was reported in early May, on the other hand flooding was reported 1.5 weeks ago and silence. Zero response. In addition to the problem of flooding during renovation, it turned out that the drain was located with counter-fall. There were so many things to improve on one pickup of the flat that there was not enough space on two A4 pages. All the corrections had to be shown with your finger because the gentlemen did not know what to do. The ceiling had to be suspended because it was so crooked that at 1.5m the difference was over 3cm which, as the construction manager explained, was due to "difficult working conditions". The size of the flat was not more than acceptable 2%. The hit is the roof window mounted with the upper handle at a height of 2.30m - unfortunately no one in the set gave a ladder so that you could reach it. Contact with the developer is tragic. If I had to buy a flat again, it would definitely not be from Noraco.

The apartment is ok, nice neighborhood. Large parking lots. recommend

I bought a flat in a development from Noraco. A flat with a good standard requiring one plaster fix. . Wooden window sills, straight walls, for strong filling, however. Wooden windows, overall average standard but the price is more favorable.

A developer who at least 2 people buying flats promises not to close the 2nd access road to the estate, because this would be a problem - and after all, later "changes his mind" which makes it difficult for several thousand residents to leave. It does not even leave the road to a pedestrian stop, even the most provisional one (the previous one was removed during the next construction). The residents have to go to the next stop, then close the gate and tell people to go really around to the next stop? A young person can do it, but an older one? With a baby in a stroller? In rain? In addition, the handover of an apartment in which you can not tell, even gossip, until the next block is completed. Workers throwing construction rubbish onto the gardens of already living owners ...
