Mrs. Małgosia knows her profession well, she is a good hairdresser. There is nothing wrong with her, but she could smile more often, but she is the only person working in this plant, so it's no wonder that a smile appears so rarely. At the time when I was there, there were two students who did practically nothing but sat on their phones. When the client came in, they couldn't even say "good morning". We do not expect that he will always have new furniture or equipment, but you have to keep it clean, and there is dirt there, and the schoolgirls are sitting instead of tidying up. If you tidied up the facility once and told staff to treat customers differently, the facility would have had a better reputation.
