Convenience place to take a rest and bites after 2 hours driving from Warsaw. The foods are as nice as foods at any other branch of chain restaurant. Prices were reasonable...

Thrown out as I commented on one of the staff with his mannerism. A simple please or thankyou is sufficient. Anyway I walked into the restaurant without a mask. I went back to my vehicle to get the mask and then went back in. I ordered my food but never got to collect it. All because I said to the guy that theirs a right and wrong way to speak to people. If it’s that dangerous to be standing in a restaurant without a mask then you should not be open, even to be sitting inside. Shame on you Mcdonalds and if their was a zero star rating then you would be getting that as a 1 star as it’s close to getting some credit. ☹️

As a service assistant from another fast food restaurant chain I am forgivable and understanding but what I cannot tolerate is no interaction with a customer at any point until I engaged with a complaint. I was waiting 15 minutes for apple pie and McFlurry ice cream but before my order was handed out to me this poor girl had to head over to a manager (I assumed) and explain the whole situation. Just hand me over my food for god’s sake use your own initiative than you can have a chat...
