A very large selection of bicycles and accessories. Very nice lady with a professional approach to the client. Daughter is very happy with the bike.
No professionalism. I was sold chain links for a 10-speed cassette even though I said several times that I needed a 9-speed. The sellers said they were ok - I also inform you - they do not fit! I lost money and time and finally had to look for new cufflinks.
The service is a total failure, it is dealt with by people who do not even sit on the bikes repaired, and the customer service leaves much to be desired
