Friendly service, professional advice, but I paid an additional PLN 80 to ensure that both glasses were the same thickness, so that they did not go beyond the glasses and unfortunately it looks as if an additional paid service has not been performed. After the phone call, it turned out that my fiance and I had misunderstood. Perhaps, however, the problem is not a bad understanding but a bad explanation, since both people independently understood it differently. I accept the explanations, but the distaste remains.
