Terrible service no contact via hotlines incorrect data, at the branch employee checked the data is correct through hotlines eternally a problem with access to the account. I will not mention my daughter company the idea of Many factoring, how much it cost me

I do not like to rate negatively, but this bank does not deserve more than 1 * The list of what irritates me is long and sad. I was persuaded to an account at this bank by a TaxCare representative who assured me of great solutions and professional service. After 4 years of constant struggle and nerves, I'm fed up. I still get the impression that they just want to get the most out of me. Representatives call and press kit all the time that I was interested in loans some time ago and they finally have a great solution for me. Their site is non-instinctive and complicated. Limited phone application. Ladies at the counter have to collect weight for the entire system, but they are sometimes haughty too. The only cool thing they had was a mobile cash deposit machine, although it often broke, but it is not even there anymore.

I've been trying to close my account with this bank for a year. Recently, I went to the bank even personally, to write a bank account in writing to bank employees. The lady took my identity card, confirmed my identity and accepted the instruction to terminate the invoice, submitted by me in writing, on the form from the bank. Still, she called after a few days to say that the accounts did not close me, because the employees from the headquarters decided that the signature I made when terminating this contract with the employee who checked my identity is probably not mine. I will add that this is probably the fifth attempt to close the account. Every month I pay commissions for running it, and probably for those 10 zlotys a month, the bank decides to treat the client in this way. I encourage everyone who comes across such treatment from this bank to let public know about the bank's practices. During previous attempts to close my account I received information, for example, that the bank will not close any accounts for the next two weeks and to report later. It is incredible that BANK - an institution of public trust allows employees to apply such practices as in the Turkish bazaar - each time I hear complete nonsense there. Unbelievable that no one has blocked such a thing
