I was forced to visit this unfortunate branch of the bank after a three-year separation from the bank. Nothing has changed during this time. Queues that run for hours, even though it is up to a dozen or so people to serve. Positions a lot, one is supported. In gusts three for a moment. Then one more time. Serving me with a simple account handling issue took a good 20 minutes after more than two hours of waiting.

I went in and left. Being on a business trip can not afford to stand in the queue for the whole day.

Massacre of 8 service stands and only 2 open, congratulations, and in the middle of the day, 3 p.m. a bit weak queue for two hours of waiting. There are no separate checkout counters, just one line, well done. It's getting worse every month. Today, even a number machine does not work, so you have to sit down, whether you like it or not

The lady with whom I set up my account either did not know the offer she was selling or deliberately misled me. The surprise came out after a month. I will mention that the account creation process itself lasted for a good three quarters. I definitely do not recommend it.
