Worst bank ever ! After waiting 40 minutes and with 3 employees they didnt know how to do an simple western union transfer !!

Tragedy. You should get 0 stars no elementary knowledge of customer service in basic matters and at the end of my stay in this building because it is difficult to call it a bank The lady at the cash desk, while serving me, talked privately on the phone about what she would do after work. Assess for yourself who you entrust your money to !!!

You can never get a call and there are always huge lines. Now, as part of the "fight" with the pandemic, you have to stand in the rain for several dozen minutes, and then crowd in the vestibule the size of about 2 sq m.

The worst bank and branch employees offended that someone came and disturbs them. To collect the money you need to reserve an hour and a half before someone serves us because it works like five but one bad black man serves.
