Hello! Personally, I have very nice experiences with this department. Some time ago, I was dealing with the formalities related to the mortgage. The lady who served me was very nice, she answered every question, calmed me down at the moments when I panicked that I would not be able to deal with other necessary documents, etc. I'm glad they're watching over it.

Today, the guardian of totalitarianism refused to serve me without providing a legal basis. A green woman who mindlessly follows her boss's orders. After refusing the service, I said that in such a situation I wanted to cancel the bill in this facility and it turned out that it was also impossible because I did not want to wear a muzzle. So now, if I do not get bent, I will still be a client of this bank when I do not want to !!! Please read the Polish Constitution and stop breaking the law. You have no right to refuse to cancel your account with me.

Out of date opening hours in Google Maps. I wasted time, fuel and cash in the parking lot to pull the closed door.
