Poor service quality. I wanted to withdraw cash, I was told that there is no problem but the cash register is not enough and they have to pay extra from the treasury, I was told it would take about 10 minutes. After a quarter of an hour I noticed that it takes a long time. But they have a technical problem. After a while, the gentleman said that it would be faster if I went to the nearby branch (it was supposed to be 150m, it was 500m, but that's a small thing). I went but open there only in half an hour. So I returned to the previous branch, politely saying what I think about such behavior in response, but I only heard that they have no influence on how other active units are and it is not their fault that the failure is ... The hands drop. It's time to change the bank. I do not greet

Very rude service, downright rude. When I was leaving, the Lady began to exchange comments about me with my friend.

An old blonde with glasses, she couldn't answer simple questions, so I couldn't withdraw money from my account. Communist approach to the client. I am not surprised that there is little traffic there.

Very poor service. I felt like an intruder bothering me with my problem. Verifying my identity to restore access to a trusted profile via the bank took "only" 40 min.

Together with my husband, we give great 6 to all bank employees, in particular to Marcin and Mr. Tomasz for perfect consulting. The atmosphere at this bank is great. We always leave with a smile 😃 We highly recommend it. Anna and Piotr Stasiuk😉
