It is a pity that there is no zero option, because in this case one star is too much. I had the opportunity to use the "service" a few years ago, for the repair of a few minor faults I was charged as ... a new bike. In addition, it turned out that after "repair" the dynamo still does not work (for which I have already been properly deleted), to which the owner of the sanctuary replied with disarming honesty, "it happens, sometimes it works, sometimes not". In addition, the service technician could use a basic course in customer service and savoir-vivre, because nowadays such rudeness towards the customer (mocking me and my bike) can lead to the imminent collapse of the business ...

He sold used Shimano SORA 3x8 lever levers for PLN 290 with disassembled clamps, which, as he stated, "are not available, but they are easy to get". Unfortunately, in fact, it was the other way around, so I called and announced that I would return it as defective goods. At this point, from the "no" level, he entered the "search" level and after a few hours it turned out that he "has". Unfortunately, not free as a missing element to the set, only for an additional PLN 30 ...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went there to inflate the wheels. I don't know myself that much, but it seems to me that inflating the wheel is not too time consuming and problematic occupation. You said: "I don't have a compressor now and I don't have time with a hand pump." There's no time!!!! In the bicycle service there is no time to inflate the bike !!! The fact was busy, something obvious, but it would be enough to say: now I can't, because I'm busy, please wait / leave the bike for an hour. It would sound completely different from what I heard. No apologies, just irritated "I don't have time". His words were: DO NOT REFUND ME .... Y. Besides, a few seasons earlier, I asked you to attach the mirror to the steering wheel. I got a used, old and any kind of mirror that "flies" while driving and needs to be set constantly. Of course I paid for them. The new mirror can be bought for PLN 15. Is it such a problem to order a new item for the customer ??? Shouldn't the repair service have permanent access to some NEW THINGES wholesalers ??? I will not go back there anymore.

I had a problem with the broken armor from the derailleur. After outlining the situation, a nice gentleman did me a hand job. And in season. I recommend and greet :)
